Returns Policy
​We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If your not happy with your order and wish to return the item(s) we accept returns within 30 days. Once we receive the items and are satisfied they are in the original selling condition, a full refund will be granted. Please see our refund policy for more information.
Cancellation Policy
​Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order is placed, however, for personalised goods any cancellations after this timescale will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund Policy
Custom made and personalised goods cannot be refunded unless there’s a fault made by the company ‘Aisla’s Crafty Creations’ or the goods have arrived damaged, in this case the option of a replacement or a refund would be offered. Please note refunds will only be issued once the item(s) have been returned All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.
Faulty Goods Policy
​Faulty goods can be returned within 14 days, however, P&P costs would be covered by the buyer. To arrange a return, a clear email would be required with details of the fault/damage and a photograph of the good/s with the date visible.
